I don't really have much for you guys today. Since this past weekend was so long and full of walking (and on Friday, backpack carrying), I just really needed to use today to rest. I was at school for a bit after class ended, but I ended up going home and sleeping because I was so tired.
I'm excited for this week again, but money is kind of a problem. It's not that I don't have any, it's just that I am trying to spread it out a little farther in case spontaneous events come up. This Wednesday is Sophie's birthday party, which should be pretty fun, and on Sunday I have yet another concert to go to (Mika Agematsu, the harp player).
I'm really excited for the concert, because not only is it Mika Agematsu, but it's at this restaurant that looks like a nice little place to eat. There's also a good chance I'll be able to speak with her, so I'll let you guys know how that goes if it does. I think she speaks English, but I'm going to try and use my Japanese because people like it. A white person that can speak coherent Japanese is kind of like a poodle that can do back flips over here.
There is also a -very- small chance that Nana Mizuki will be at this thing. She and Miss Agematsu are best friends, so it's somewhat likely she'd want to attend her friend's birthday concert. I'll follow up on that, too, because seeing her would really be something. It could happen, because despite Miss Agematu's prominence in Nana Mizuki's works, there is very little overlap in their respective fanbases that I know of. According to her website she is free (of concerts/media appearances) that day, so it could happen.
Also, that signed e.via CD I picked up on Saturday has been confirmed as bearing a real signature. Now I own three pieces of signed K-pop stuff, have met three K-pop performers, and have shaken hands with one entire K-pop group. Not bad for someone from a state Asian musicians almost never visit. That's why I always tell other fans that their K-pop dreams can come true if they just try hard enough.
